The farmhouse is a bit unusual. Most country homes are narrow with small, dark rooms. This offers the complete opposite. The rooms on the ground and first floor are large and flooded with natural light.

The ground floor has a beautiful kitchen and dining room, bathroom, heating room/laundry and large living room. On this floor is also the winery – we’ll come back to that!

The first floor has 3 good-sized bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom and an amazing wine-tasting/party room. In the centre is a kitchen.

The second floor is under the roof so the rooms are smaller and lower but still very comfortable and all in perfect condition. This is a perfect space for your guests. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The winery produces around 8-10,000 bottles per year of Barbera d’Asti DOCG Pinot Noir DOC. I can tell you it’s fantastic. You won’t make a fortune from this activity but you can have your own label and for sure easily sell the wines. Local restaurants stock the wine.

There’s the production room with steel tanks, pumps etc, and the cellar with the oak barrels.

There are 12,000 sqm of vineyards. All in perfect condition.

The pool is in perfect condition. It’s an infinity pool with a waterfall feature.

There’s a store and a large shed with a workshop.

The property is outstanding and represents incredible value for money. Viewing is essential.

The current owner is selling due to poor health.

*Heating system

The main system consists of 5 solar panels for generation of hot water and 24 panels for generating electricity.
The heating is distributed with under floor heating.
Heat is generated with a heat exchanger (air-to-water, Daikin R410A 16kW, COP 4,2), which is also used to cool when fermenting the wine. 

There is a back-up gas heating system (Riello Family) Energy Certificate A2
