A rustic farmhouse located peacefully in a quiet and beautiful area surrounded by vineyards, hazelnut fields and beautiful views over the fantastic landscape of Piedmont. Not far from the center of Nizza Monferrato and nearby cities like Alba, Asti and Acqui Terme, all well known for wine and spa resorts.

You will arrive to the house through a small road and a gated entrance. An old and beautiful iron gate will take you in to the garden. Once you enter you will be hit by the silence and you may put everything behind and just listen to the nature and the hectic city will feel like miles away. This is a quiet and peaceful place with bicycle distance to the old town of Nizza Monferrato. From the garden you will have a beautiful view over the fantastic and characteristic landscape of Piedmont. A garden that is big enough if you like to install your own private pool.

This farm was once used for wine production and there is a large garage and a huge cellar with perfect temperature for wine storage. There is also a huge terrace connected to the house, a perfect spot to admire the beautiful view over the amazing landscape.

The main entrance is made by a genuine double wooden door and it will take you into the main house. The house is habitable but needs upgrading. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms and an attic with a lots of potential. All ceilings in this house are either in wood or beautifully vaulted which is characteristic for this region and the same for the genuine stone floors. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen with a beautiful fire place and a living room with a further fire place and a large outside terrace with amazing views over the landscape. Walking up to the second floor you will find the sleeping area also connected to a large outside terrace and one more step up you will find a huge attic with living room, a small bathroom and another bedroom.

Nizza Monferrato is an old town surrounded by stunning green hills well known for its beauty and is inserted in the UNESCO World Heritage list for its wine hills. With amazing churches, architectural houses from the 1700 century and all necessary facilities nearby it is an amazing city to have around the corner. With world famous hazelnuts and wine it is also a gastronomic city. From Nizza Monferrato you have about an hours drive to Turin airport and with the same distance going south you will reach the Mediterranean sea.
