The Property
The property is immersed in the beautiful vineyards of the Asti Langhe territory. There are two houses which are part of an agricultural firm with an exceptional production of Moscato thanks to the position of the vineyards, the soil characteristics and sun exposure. The harvesting is all done by machines making it efficient in terms of costs and time.
This beautiful property is in the town of Bubbio, a cozy and typical old town
The Villa
The main house is a three story building of 1050 sq.m. approximately. On the ground floor there are two separate apartments accessible from a common entrance on the front of the building. Each one has a kitchen, a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storage room. They are around 200 sq.m. each.
The first floor could become another apartment or another part of the house. It currently needs a new bathroom. There is a living room with terrace from which you can enjoy a lovely view, a bedroom and two other rooms. This floor is around 250 sq.m.
The underground floor has a total surface of around 400 sq.m. and is used as a garage. Here you also find a laundry and the technical room.
