First house: First Floor
The entrance is from the street and it is on the first floor, where there are two rooms which are currently used for storage but they can be renovated to have a second kitchen for the summer or an alternative could be to create an independent apartment to rent.
First house: Second Floor
Going up the stairs one reaches the top floor where the main residence is. The first room to the front is the spacious eat-in kitchen and to the left there is a dining room with its own balcony. Moving on to the right there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.
First house: Second Floor
The ground floor is composed of two warehouses. The first one is very large with high ceilings and the second one is smaller. Since the available space is abundant, there are several renovation possibilities. For example, one can divide the larger warehouse and create a rumpus room with a bar where one can taste the lovely local wine together with friends, while still having enough space for a garage to park two cars, plus the smaller garage for a third car.
Second house: Ground Floor
The two story-house has the traditional Piemontese country-house, with the stairs in the middle of the building and in front of the main entrance which is accessed from the courtyard. To the left there’s a living room with a cosy fireplace, while to the right there is the eat-in kitchen. These spaces can be renovated as a nice dining room and in the kitchen one could add a kitchen island. There is also a very traditional wine cellar under the ground-floor which is accessible from a separate entrance on the outside. It has walls with typical exposed bricks and an arched ceiling. Being a classic old cellar built into the soil of the hill, it preserves the natural and ideal temperature and humidity levels to preserve the wine.
Second house: First Floor
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one bathroom. The spaces can be managed in a different way though, as it is possible renovate one of the rooms to become a TV/music/reading room.
