|3 Beds||2 Baths||298 Sq.m.|
A detached villa surrounded by greenery and vineyards yet very close to Acqui Terme, the land is about 7.000 sq.m. and offers plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and to add a swimming pool. There is also a water well (perfect to irrigate the garden) though the property is also connected to all communal services. The house consists of entrance, 2 living rooms, kitchen, veranda, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, wine cellar and plenty of storage space.
Acqui Terme is well situated in the province of Alessandria in Piedmont northern Italy and is one of the principal winemaking communes of the Italian DOCG wine Brachetto d’Acqui. The hot sulphur springs have been famous since Roman times and in 1870 Giovanni Ceruti designed a little pavilion, known as La Bollente, for the spot at the centre of the town where the waters bubble up at 75 °C. Throughout the town you’ll find spa-hotel, large public pools, restaurants and charming shops.
