The Villa

Developing over an asymmetrical and unique shape, the villa offers a total area of 875 sq.m. on 3 floors, divided as follows:

Ground Floor:

The living area was conceived as a block visually detached from the sleeping area and it consists of a very large living room with dining area. As you step in, you’ll feel immediately involved by a cozy atmosphere and hardly would like to leave the room: the numerous French windows let plenty of light enter the room and the glare of the sunlight on the white walls makes the room even brighter. The modern fireplace, will warm up the coldest winter nights or will create an atmosphere in the summer. But the most outstanding feature of this room is the double height, which gives a sense of grandeur.

Directly connected to the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen, as well as a guest bathroom and a wardrobe.

All the French windows of this block enjoy a direct exit out to the amazingly large portico, that develops around 3 sides of the villa: this is a wonderful area, where you can sit down in the summer for an al-fresco dinner with your guests or just to sip a drink while you stare at the panorama in front of you.

Four steps lead you up to the sleeping area, which is located on the ground floor but on a slightly elevated position. Here you can find a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as 3 large double bedrooms, which share a bathroom.

First Floor:

A grand, white marble staircase leads you up to the first floor, partly occupied by the mezzanine, where you can arrange an additional sitting area. The rest is all storage and technical rooms for the systems of the house. Being the whole floor very well restored, you may reconvert part of it into a studio.

Basement:

Here there is what Italians love to call “taverna”: it’s a large living space, where you normally organize big parties with many guests, A taverna gives you two advantages: you can fit a lot of people in and you don’t risk to damage the main rooms of the house. This space can also be used as a play room with snooker or tennis table or you may convert it into a cinema room.
