This unique property in Le Marche distances only 4 minutes from the medieval village of Castelleone di Suasa, which provides typical churches, monuments, and also archeological sites. In fact, ancient Roman ruins have been discovered here, such as the Domus of Coiedii (an ancient Roman house), an amphitheater, sepulchral areas, ancient Roman roads etc.
Not far from the house, you find the picturesque medieval villages of Ostra Vetere (9 minutes), and Corinaldo (12 minutes), in which you can find beautiful churches, Pozzo della Polenta (an ancient water mill inside the village), and the municipal theatre “Carlo Goldoni” (built in 1861). Pergola is another interesting medieval village that distances only 21 minutes. In fact, it has been listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy, and it hosts the superb Church of Santa Maria delle Tinte, and golden bronze statues of Cartoceto di Pergola.
This area is also famous for the precious white wine Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.
If you want to spend a day at the beach, you can easily reach Senigallia (30 minutes), where you can have a walk along the promenade, enjoy a drink on cocktail bars’ panoramic rooftops, and savor sea delicacies such as Brodetto of Senigallia (a fish soup with tomato and shellfish).
Eventually, you can also visit Frasassi Caves, and Gola della Rossa Natural Park at Genga (40 minutes). These are two natural works of art that allow you to experience a thrilling speleological adventure with all the safety measures and expert guides.
