The apartments

The apartments are in a residential complex divided into 3 floors structured as follows: The ground floor consists of two-room apartments, the first floor of three-room apartments, and the attic floor is divided into 2 three-room apartments and 1 two-room apartment. For penthouses, there is the possibility of creating two rooms in the attic and creating a solarium.
All apartments include beautiful sea-view terraces, a cellar, and parking space.

Structure And Coating

The best load-bearing structures have been chosen for the houses to guarantee maximum resistance and thermal efficiency. ISOTEX 33/10 blocks are used which allow the realization of strong structures, highly thermally insulated and resistant even in case of fire. In order to obtain excellent thermal and acoustic efficiency, the supporting structure is covered by the coat.

Dividers

For the separation of the internal environments, partitions with hollow brick blocks of excellent manufacturing are used, chosen for their lightness, resistance, and acoustic efficiency.

Slabs

The homes are built with ISOTEX wood cement floors, ideal for horizontal or inclined structures.
Thanks to this highly fire-resistant solution, problems related to thermal and acoustic insulation are solved at the same time.
