The Tenuta Contessa Chiara is in the Piedmont region (and Fontanile where the house is located, recently appointed as a World Heritage by Unesco) With 9 bedrooms, all of them provided with fully equipped bathrooms (4 even with jacuzzi), it is not comparable with any other place you’ve seen before. The natural setting of the region, with its vineyards, gives to the house a breathtaking view of the hills nearby. The main house is a fantastic 900 square meters two floors (plus basement) in the middle of vineyards. The house is accessed through a walkway under a patio where you’ll find the entrance door. Just after it there is a huge living-room with a great fireplace. After a couple of steps, on the left, there is the television room, while the dining room is just before it, and on the right side the enormous kitchen with another fireplace. After the fully equipped kitchen, there is a room used as a washing/drying area and a small bathroom. On the ground floor, there are also 2 large rooms sharing a bathroom with shower. A master bedroom with a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. An other small bathroom and a small kitchen. This area can be fully independent from the main house having a private entrance and a patio too. It’s ideal for family, friends or persons with mobility difficulties. The second floor is completely dedicated to all other bedrooms, altogether with other commodities such as the living room with games and TV available.There are 2 large living-rooms with fireplace, and though some steps you have access to a very large master bedroom with private cabinet and the bathroom with jacuzzi tub.On the other side of the living room there are 1 single room with private bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 1 double room together with 1 room with 2 single beds sharing one bathroom with shower (ideal for couples with kids) 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with jacuzzi tub 1 double room with 2 single beds with private bathroom and shower. The basement is the other entertainment zone of the villa with a beautiful professional pool-table and a magnificent projector in order to enjoy movies. The pool area is separated from the main house by a short slope down the hill, there you will find the refreshing relax needed in hot days, the perfect way to forget everyday life and embrace nature between marvelous vineyards. Just next to the pool there is a complete tennis court built in synthetic material, which can be converted into a soccer field. The pool area is as equipped with a large pool (22 meters (72 ft)long, 10 mt. wide and up to 3,5 mt. deep) plus a smaller one dedicated to the children.
