The property includes another building which has been newly constructed recently. The ground floor is used as storage for agricultural machinery and it includes a well that sources water from a natural spring.
The first floor can become a dependance after renovation is completed.

The land extends for a total of 4,5 Ha of which 3 Ha are vineyards used for the production approximately 5000 bottles per year.
