The Countryhouse
The farmhouse is a partially renovated two stories building over a total area of approximately 200 sq.m. There is a courtyard and a garden in front of the house, with a convenient well for irrigation. On the back of the house there is also a lawn.
Ground Floor
The entrance leads to the eat-in kitchen and a guest bathroom. To the right and behind the kitchen there is a convenient laundry room. On the right of the main entrance there is a long garage with space for two cars that also serves as technical room for the LPG heating system although the rooms are equipped with efficient pellet stoves.
First Floor
Going up the stairs, on the First Floor there is a bedroom to the left and another spacious room to the right. This room could become either a second bedroom or a living/TV room. To the front there is a bathroom and to the right of it there is a study room.
The bedroom, the other room and the study are all equipped with pellet stoves.
